Rendering walls in Lincolnshire

This detached farmhouse has had several extensions added in new build blockwork that required rendering. The existing brickwork was in reasonable condition, however there was some evidence of water penetration and the wall ties had cause some movement of the mortar beds.

Due to movement in the mortar our nylon mesh was embedded into the rendered walls and then "bolted" using our pvc fixings to ensure then no future movement will occur and damage the rendered walls.

All work carries our 15 year guarantee and the rendered walls will need very little maintenance over future years.
