This property was the subject of a structural engineers report which concluded that the product that had been sprayed onto this beautiful bungalow had caused "sweating" problems and should be completely removed and replaced.

The walls to be rendered contained so much moisture that as the old render over carrier mesh was removed water visibly ran down the walls.
