Weather proof wall coating and Chemical damp proof course cure penetrating damp and rising damp

The newly built extension has been built with a damp proof membrane, however the existing building is of an age where it's original D.P.C has broken down.

We installed a new chemical damp proof course into the mortar joint. Using this diffusion cream system in the mortar joint means that follows any damp that is in there at the moment, drives it out than forms a passive barrier to water.

The rest of the property was rendered using polymer enhanced base coats and a resin render colour coat.
