Q: How do I get a quotation from Wethertex™, and do I have to pay for it?
A: Easy, call us now or fill in the contact form and we’ll call you back.  All quotations are completely free of charge and without any obligation whatsoever.  All we ask is for about an hour of your time to enable us to discuss your needs and to have time to measure up and work out your investment.  We will then leave you with your own 12 month fixed price.

Q: How will I know which product is the right one for me?
A: As with any investment, that of exterior coatings is a confusing one with everyone claiming to have the best product, service or value for money.  We pride ourselves on talking straight and we never offer any of our product or services at an inflated price to enable us to offer a huge reduction.  We as a company are committed to offering our products and services at the most competitive price we can achieve and believe that it is this approach that has been a major part in our success over the past 3 decades. 

Q: Do we have to pay a deposit?
A: We never ask our customers for a deposit, you only pay on satisfactory completion of the work.

Q: Does it come with a guarantee?
A: Yes.  We offer a 15 year guarantee on render systems that we have applied to the outside of the thousands of houses we have enhanced over our 3 decades and we have a product and service reputation that is second to none within the industry.

Q: How good is the guarantee?
A: Wethertex have a 15-year guarantee which is based on stringent external testing by the British Board of Agrément (an independent government partnered body). We have also been trading successfully for more than twice our 15-year guarantee period, which we believe reflects our integrity and the high levels of confidence our customers have in the products and services we have to offer.

Q: Will there be a lot of mess?
A: Noise and slight disruption to your daily routine can be unfortunate side effect of any in depth work on a property, but everything possible is done to keep this to a minimum. All windows, doors, architectural features and floor areas will be protected before work commences. Any waste management requirements will be organised by us.
