Ok, so you have seen our website, need some exterior work doing to the paint or the existing render and are interested in getting some costings to see if the work is  both affordable and suitable for your home. If you work away from home, have no free time or are wary of being pressure sold to – HAVE NO FEAR.

Our  free, no obligation quote system is designed to be as flexible as possible  whether you want a quote for a superior wall coating, some external rendering or repairs or to clear coat and protect your bricks .

Our Rendering & Coatings Quotation System works like this :

1. We talk to you via phone or email to get an idea of what you wish to do and to obtain some basic property details

2. In the vast majority of cases we can give you some budgeting or ballpark wall coating or rendering price . This then lets you decide if you would like to arrange a mutually convenient time for one of our experienced wall surveyors to visit your home.

If your circumstances are such that you cannot commit to a home visit – you may work long hours or work away from home for example – then we can use emailed photographs, google images and wall dimensions to also give you a very accurate quote subject to a final measure before any work begins.

3. During the free home visit we will show you samples of the materials suitable for your home, answer any questions you may have and then inspect and measure the exterior areas you want to address. Usually it is possible to work out the exact cost on the day and leave you with a formal written quote stating the work that will be done along with the costs involved.

4. You are not expected to sign anything on the day and our system is designed to let you discuss things in our absence and of course compare any other quotes you may have obtained.

5. The average length of time for a home quotation visit is around an hour and that includes the survey and cost calculation . This is the least amount of time you should put aside but if time runs beyond an hour and you still wish to discuss things or ask further questions then our surveyor will of course remain until you are satisfied.
