We are often asked, especially in Spring and Summer , by both Architects and home-owners if we are able to quote for either rendering their walls or wall coating the original walls to match the new extension so that the house looks as one.  We do offer this free service and operate the following procedure:

Wall Render Quote from Plans

1. Plans can be emailed to us as a PDF document or posted as a hard copy . If emailing there can be some distortion when printing off at our end so please just mark one wall length or height with the actual size before you send the plans by email. This allows us to scale off correctly and ensures a more accurate quote

2. To save time we do like to receive plans after they have been submitted for planning or at the planning application stage. Prior to this we can seek to give a ballpark figure for budgeting reasons as we understand the need to gather lots of quotes together.

3. As the actual build often varies slightly from the plans we do ask to personally visit the property once the work is at roof level so that we may physically measure the area and confirm the exact costings.

4. We appreciate the planning process can take some time so will gladly give a 6 or 12 month quotation

5. Samples can be sent out to the Planning Authorities if requested and again there is no charge for this.

6. We are also very experienced at dovetailing with other trades such as the Builder and external contractors like window companies or solar panel installers for example. We can meet other trades on site or communicate over the phone or by email with other trades to ensure everything runs smoothly and in sequence.
