The property was in much need of a refresh and the team at Texacote Ltd were tasked with transforming the tired brickwork of this industrial unit and gave it a fresh new look. The exterior of this property was suffering from penetrating damp caused by porous brickwork and deteriorating pointing.

Texacote Ltd began the transformation with the installation of our Wethertex GRC Fibre Glass Reinforced Polymer Leveling Base Coat. Suitable for mixed substrates and suitable for application in low temperatures, it was the ideal base for this type of project and the autumnal temperatures for when this project began. Following this, an M160 Reinforcement Mesh was installed to provide additional strength. To finish, the client opted for our Wethertex LD77 Pliolite Light Texture Wall Coating which was installed using roller application. Due to its high adhesion and breathability properties, Wethertex LD77 delivers a long-lasting result, one that is demonstrated to work effectively on properties for over 45 years. Finished in Mountain Grey, this property now has a contemporary, up to date, refreshed look.
