This beautiful coastal property in Cornwall has been completed by SJ Rendering, featuring both Wethertex HD77 Pliolite Heavy Texture Wall Coating and Wethertex LD77 Pliolite Light Texture Wall Coating.
The coastal location means the home will be subject to much harsher conditions than inland homes, which is one of the reasons SJ Rendering chose Wethertex for this project:

HD77 and LD77 are premium quality, long-life through coloured wall coatings that are formulated based on highly adhesive Pliolite resin technology. They not only fully waterproof a property and create a beautifully finished look but will also allow the building to breathe naturally due to their high vapour transmission rate.
For this project, SJ Rendering’s biggest challenge was the remote location of the coastal property. There was only limited access via very narrow lanes, so materials had to be delivered in the main town before being transported by tractor!
