Texacote transformed this detached property in Lancashire and gave it a refreshed look with monochrome styling.
Texacote Ltd were contacted to work their magic on this detached property in Lancashire. Following an ongoing battle with cracked render, penetrating damp, algae and bacterial growth, this client was routinely having to paint the walls every two years to tackle these problems. The team at Texacote Ltd were contacted and began this transformation with a full clean down, ground out all the cracked render and removed all the loose render.
Starting with our Wethertex GRC Fibre Glass Reinforced Polymer Levelling Base Coat, with its water repellent properties, our GRC was ideal for tackling the continuous problem that this client was experiencing. Following application of the base coat, the team applied our Wethertex MP44 Pliolite Spray Wall Coating sprayed in chalk white. To finish the installation the team applied a black trim paint, creating a bold contrast against the chalk white finish.
The finished job looks excellent. From the start we had everything explained in detail. We were not pressurised to make up our minds but when we finally decided to go ahead everything was professionally and punctually followed through. Very satisfied.
